講師研修が終了しました

10月より行われていた研修を無事終了し、ECCジュニア講師として認定証を受け取ることができました。ECCジュニアでは英会話教室を新規開講するにあたり11回の研修に加え、シニア向けや経験者クラス向けの研修や検定試験採点官をするための研修など、合計15回！通うのは大変でしたが、同時に効率的で質の高い英語指導ができるよう、座学だけでなく実際のデモレッスンも実践し、4月からのスタートに自信を持つことができました。待っていてくれる子ども達を前に実際のレッスンをスタートするのが楽しみです♪

I finally finished all training to become a teacher of ECC junior and received the certificate. In addition to 11 training for English lessons,　I took another 4 training for English lessons for senior, experienced class, and the scorer of English interview. It was very hard to go to these training but on the same time, I learned by not only sitting on the desk , but also doing some demo lessons and feel confident for the start dash of Apr., with efficient and high quality English teaching. I am looking forward to offering actual lessons to children who are waiting.
